Remote Monitoring & Management

  • Enrolling your company's endpoints in Remote Monitoring & Management solution (RMM) is the best proactive approach to identifying and correcting problems and keeping your machines running their best.   We now require this RMM service and ECS Advanced Endpoint Protection (AEP) to be installed together to ensure all your machines are getting the comprehensive protection you expect.  Any machine issues detected are reported to ECS via a support ticket for remediation.

Advanced Endpoint Security

  • ECS Advanced Endpoint Security is unique from all other solutions to protect from 100% of threats for 2 main reasons.  First, it provides a virtual container on the machine that is separate from the machine's “Real” files and the network to execute every unknown application so that if it does turn out to be a threat it can be easily remediated.  Second, this solution will block every application from starting except those that are approved on the database for more than 180,000 programs that are trusted or we manually approve.   All other solutions rely on a database of viruses to detect if a file is a threat.  And obviously, there is no way to maintain a 100% accurate list.

You receive everything listed in the Basic PC Monitoring & Security package, as well as:


  • Automated Microsoft windows patch management to fix bugs and ensure your machines remain at their highest security protection.  Any update problems are reported to ECS via a support ticket that we will address to ensure all required updates are installed.
  • ECS Managed Detection and Response (MDR)  This 8x5 robust service monitors the endpoints virtual containment for possible threats.   Any executables that are not already approved and land in the virtual container on the endpoint will be evaluated automatically by the security’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) and determined to be Safe, Unknown or Unsafe within 45 seconds.  For any executable not determined to be safe, a notification will go out to the Security Network Operations Center (NOC) for the human specialist to further investigate.   The goal is to never allow an unsafe executable to run on any endpoints providing Zero Day Threats.
  • ECS Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) This service will provide detailed information about any threats in an Endpoints virtual container.   A notification ticket will be auto generated for any threats in the Endpoints container with the results from the AI evaluation to better assist in the remediation.
